Boxing

Boxing is a high intensity full body workout. Boxing classes include fitness, speed and power drills, exercise drills (e.g. PHA training), padwork, punching combinations, defence, footwork, advanced techniques, bagwork, sparring work in the ring.
MONDAYS
Adults: 8.00-9.00pm
WEDNESDAYS
Juniors: 7.00-8.00pm
Adults: 8.00-9.00pm
FRIDAYS
Juniors: 6.30-7.30pm
Adults: 7.30-8.30pm
